I was lucky enough to meet with Helen Mirren when she was in town to host L’Oreal’s annual Women of Worth ceremony and she exceeded all my expectations. Not only did she clear the room of all PR people, but she had plenty of wise words to say on aging as well as the term “anti-aging” and I could have easily spent the afternoon hanging on to her every word.
